Darn it all yet again!

I was supposed to hear about that last job interview last Friday. It's Wednesday now. Not that I'm surprised.

So now, I need to get things going to get a real job, with a decent salary we can live on, and benefits so that my wife can get well. Not that I'm happy about it, but frankly, I'm now looking forward to it. As much as I enjoy teaching, this whole feast-or-famine working fourteen hours a day is no way to live. I need to do this just to reclaim the rest of my life.

I'll keep you posted, but it's a good bet that this won't be a teaching blog much longer.
