Summer update number 1

We got out of school last week, and I've been spending the last few days just getting my feet under me and getting caught up on some stuff that's fallen by the wayside (like this blog). I've managed to get a few applications out, but so far only one interview. The good thing is that it's for the high school just up the street. The bad news is that they just called a little bit ago, and decided not to hire me. Oh, well. There are lots of other districts around that will need a math teacher in the fall...
