After the interview last week -- which went well, although I know I didn't hit it out of the park -- I was told I'd hear by the middle of this week if I got the job.
Looks like I didn't get it.
Damn.

Bio
Eric Gjovaag, often known to his students as Mr. G, grew up on Bainbridge Island. He considered journalism as a career in college, but education won out in the end, and after attaining his degree he spent twelve years working as a substitute teacher in districts around the Seattle area. This blog is his journal of his experiences, sharing his successes, discoveries, and other random thoughts. Eric is an acknowledged Wizard of Oz expert and runs his own website on the subject. He's married to Laura, who has her own blog, and helps maintain this one.
